With over 25 years of recruiting experience, Stephen is a seasoned recruiting professional who has worked in a broad range of industries including medical, technology (software, hardware, and telecom), construction, and RPO.

He has worked with companies of all sizes from startups to multinational Fortune 500 in a number of roles, such as Recruiter, Sourcer, Recruiting Manager, and Director of Global Recruiting. Over the years, he has developed a keen ability to relate and build relationships with colleagues on every level.

Stephen started his career working as a medical recruiter for a national staffing agency that specialized in temp nurse staffing. In addition to providing clients with temp or contract nurses, he took his 7 years of experience working in a hospital to serve as the medical specialist for the firm.

Most recently, Stephen served as the Director of Recruiting for Metromile, an insuratech startup, managing a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators.

Stephen attended Palomar College where he studied Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Police Studies. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling with his wife to other countries, volunteering at local functions, cooking, and watching movies.

As a 4th generation-born-and-bred Texan, Kevin grew up on the family farm & ranch learning the values of hard work, grit, determination, accountability, and self-reliance. These are the same values he brings to his work every day, utilizing them for success and combining them with a deep desire to help make an impact on those around him, along with a servant’s heart.

From his early days on the agency side to his long path in leadership on the corporate side, he has learned that at its core recruiting comes down to two things – People and Data. The most important being People – and the long-lasting relationships that are built along the path to success.

After graduating high school as valedictorian, Kevin obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station.

He still enjoys visiting the family farm with his two teenage sons, and now has a small farm of his own just north of the metroplex. He’s maintained an active lifestyle playing sand volleyball, running marathons, half-marathons, triathlons, and multi-day relays. On slower days, he enjoys cooking and food trips with friends.

Crystal is an energetic, collaborative, and personable HR professional with over 20 years of global progressive HR experience in lean telecom, manufacturing, and software industries. She is a consistently high performer with excellent business partnering, relationship building, and process simplification skills to develop and execute any business people strategy.

Throughout her tenure, key initiates include Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Retention, and Employee Engagement, along with core HR Programs including Annual Compensation Planning, Recognition, Training and Development.

Crystal holds her Bachelor of Science in Human Relations degree from Amberton University.

Her passion lies with engaging with all levels of management and employees, removing the fear that “HR is a scary place”!

She resides in Dallas, Texas.

She enjoys cleaning, organizing, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and operations, Leon Cauthen is a seasoned professional committed to delivering exceptional results for the organizations he serves. Drawing upon his deep-rooted values of hard work, grit, determination, and self-reliance, Leon has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive success while making a meaningful impact on those around him.

At the core of Leon's approach to human resources and operations management is his unwavering belief that people are the most important factor in any organization's success. By building long-lasting relationships and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, Leon has earned the respect and admiration of both his peers and clients alike.

Leon earned his Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the City College of New York and later pursued an MBA with a focus on sustainability, organizational, and environmental management.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Leon is an avid New York Knicks fan and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons in New York City.
